USA Returns: Return items unworn with tags still attached within 30 days through our automated returns portal.

- Exchanges: We allow exchanges within 30 days and cover shipping back to our warehouse. Exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

- Store Credit: Return for store credit within 30 days. No restocking fee.

Moto Giveaway US Returns: During Motorcycle Giveaway Sweepstakes Periods we allow returns for store credit only. If the return is not officially received by the carrier prior to the giveaway period end date the purchase was counted towards entries in the giveaway sweepstakes and cannot be rescinded from our sweepstakes company. US Exchanges accepted and will not effect entries.

We occasionally have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can order these items to reserve your favorite color or size. We’ll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered/pre-order merchandise is listed on the product page. We will contact you via email if the item’s replenishment date changes or the item cannot be fulfilled for any reason. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship with Standard Shipping once they arrive at our warehouse. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way. 

• Full payment will be collected at time of checkout.
• Orders will not ship until designated ship date set on product listing.
• If your order contains in stock items and the backordered item's ship date is greater than 21 days, your order will be split shipped.
• Return and Exchange policy for these items is the same as regular stocked products.
