RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

US RETURNS

We are happy to facilitate a return on an order within 30 days of receiving your package as long as the order was NOT placed during a giveaway period. If there is a product that is ineligible to be returned, it will be stated in the product description. We do not offer returns on orders placed during a giveaway period, only exchanges for credit.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that have been worn, or that have had the original hang tags removed. If you would like to return an order, please email hellbabes@hellbabes.co with your order number, and brief explanation of what you would like to return, and why. We will then issue you a pre-paid USPS return label to get the product back to our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the order is received back to our warehouse, we will inspect the products for any signs of use (including smells and pet hair).

Once we deem the products as unworn and restock-able, we will then issue the refund back to the original payment method, or as a credit code, whichever you prefer. If we deem the product as worn and not restock-able, we will ship the products back to you.

US EXCHANGES

We are happy to facilitate a return as long as the item has not been worn, and is returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to make a return, please email hellbabes@hellbabes.co with your order # and what items you would like to return. We will then issue you a return shipping label for your items and send it to you via email. Please print out the label and bring the package to your local USPS Post Office. Once the items have been received on our end and processed, you will be issued a refund for your items. Returns are processed within 5 business days after receiving.

When returning items, we do not refund the original shipping paid. If condition of the item is deemed to have been worn or damaged, we will not accept the item and the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping of original product to be returned to them. Please note we can not accept any items with pet hair or allergens attached as it is no longer usable. Please email hellbabes.co@hellbabes.co if you have questions.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We are not able to take returns or make exchanges with international orders at this time due to shipping costs.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

If the incorrect address was inadvertently used on the Hell Babes purchase, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the person at the incorrect address. As per our policy, fulfillment is strictly required to ship to the address provided by the buyer and forwarded to us by Hell Babes at the time of the order. This is for seller/buyer protection. We are unable to re-ship the order but will be happy to process your refund as per our policies if this item is returned to us in new condition.

For orders placed between June 18, 2021 - July 30, 2021 our giveaway polices are in effect. Please note, all eligible orders placed during this time will fall under our "giveaway" policies.

GIVEAWAY POLCIES

US RETURNS

Unless the item(s) are defective, eligible purchases made during our giveaways are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway.

If we allowed refunds for purchases made during our giveaways, customers could simply return their purchase for a refund because they didn’t win. Since your entries are submitted at the time of purchase, we can only offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value or a gift card. To be able to continue our giveaways we must enforce this policy.

Please allow for extra time for fulfillment when placing your order during a giveaway promotional period.

US EXCHANGES

We are happy to facilitate an exchange as long as the item is exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please email hellbabes@hellbabes.co if you would like to exchange an item. You will then be issued a return shipping label to send the item back you’d like to exchange. Once the item has been received, processed and verified to be in perfect condition, a store credit will be issued.

We do not issue a credit for shipping, and the customer will have to pay for shipping for the exchanged item purchased with the store credit.

You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.
