We are happy to facilitate a return on an order within 30 days of receiving your package as long as the order was NOT placed during a giveaway period. If there is a product that is ineligible to be returned, it will be stated in the product description. We do not offer returns on orders placed during a giveaway period, only exchanges for credit.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that have been worn, or that have had the original hang tags removed. If you would like to return an order, please email email@example.com with your order number, and brief explanation of what you would like to return, and why. We will then issue you a pre-paid USPS return label to get the product back to our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the order is received back to our warehouse, we will inspect the products for any signs of use (including smells and pet hair).
Once we deem the products as unworn and restock-able, we will then issue the refund back to the original payment method, or as a credit code, whichever you prefer. If we deem the product as worn and not restock-able, we will ship the products back to you.
