Shipping times may be delayed during giveaway. Orders will be shipped when they can be shipped complete (if one item has a later ship date, all items will be shipped on that date).
All sales are final on merchandise during a “giveaway” time period. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the City Tracker Giveaway.

We are happy to facilitate an exchange as long as the item is exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to exchange an item. You will then be issued a return shipping label to send the item back you’d like to exchange. Once the item has been received, processed and verified to be in perfect condition, a store credit will be issued.
We do not issue a credit for shipping, and the customer will have to pay for shipping for the exchanged item purchased with the store credit.
You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

We are not able to take returns or make exchanges with international orders at this time due to shipping costs.

Please note that we do not make any returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If any item is defective, wholesale customer must let us know within 5 days of delivery.
We aren't perfect, if you receive a faulty item, please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of what the defect is, and photos documenting the defect.
If the incorrect address was inadvertently used on the Hell Babes purchase, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the person at the incorrect address. As per our policy, fulfillment is strictly required to ship to the address provided by the buyer and forwarded to us by Hell Babes at the time of the order. This is for seller/buyer protection. We are unable to re-ship the order but will be happy to process your refund as per our policies if this item is returned to us in new condition.
