We are happy to facilitate a return as long as the item has not been worn, and is returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to make a return, please email email@example.com with your order # and what items you would like to return.
We will then issue you a return shipping label for your items and send it to you via email. Please print out the label and bring the package to your local USPS Post Office. Once the items have been received on our end, and processed, you will be issued a refund for your items.
When returning items, we do not refund the original shipping paid.
If condition of the item is deemed to have been worn or damaged, the customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of original product.

We will then issue you a return shipping label for you to send the item back that you’d like to exchange. Please print out the label and bring the package to your local USPS Post Office. Once the items have been received and processed, if we have the item you’d like to exchange for in-stock, we will then issue a store credit in the amount of the item purchased.
If by rare occurrence the item is now on sale, you will be issued a credit for the full price item.
We do not issue a credit for shipping, and the customer will have to pay for shipping for the exchanged item purchased with the store credit.

Please note that we do not make any returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If any item is defective, wholesale customer must let us know within 5 days of delivery.
We aren't perfect, if you receive a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of what the defect is, and photos documenting the defect.
